What are the deadlines between the promise to sell and the definitive act?

As of the day following the signing of the sales agreement, the purchaser has a period of 10 days of retraction.

At this signing, the deadline for completion of the sale is fixed. Generally, it takes three months between the promise and the final sale. With or without a loan, it takes two months of delay because of the right of pre-emption of public authorities and the right of first refusal of the tenant.
